People say that the Sharkman guard the treasure of Ardenis, King of Pirates.

Desperate people went to Prism Island in hopes of finding vast treasures, but most of them never returned.

Those who did come back alive exaggerated their experiences. The rumors were terrifying, and the stories got more frightening and dramatic with each repetition. Thus, in time, few people dared venture to Prism Island.

I don't believe the Sharkmen guard Ardenis' treasure. I think it's a red herring. Get it? Fish pun!

According to legend, Sharkmen have guarded a secret treasure for a thousand years; it couldn't be Ardenis's. Also, Sharkmen hate humans, and they never would have agreed to protect a man's riches.

I believe someone is using this ancient legend to conceal the real location of the treasure.
