One day, the Kaslow Government received a tip-off from the pirates detailing Ardenis' future movements.

Ardenis refused to give up. Suddenly, a great fog covered the seas, creating chaos among the ships. Ardenis took advantage of this; he broke through and sailed east.

When the fog lifted, the alliance ships chased Ardenis along the east coast of Saphael.

Ardenis did not manage to shake off the pursuing alliance until he reached Northland. Most of the alliance ships were forced to abandon pursuit after the whirlpools and currents shipwrecked them on the northern shore of Misty Wetland.

Ardenis's ship didn't stop but went straight to the north pole. They eventually crossed the ice sea and ended up circling the Saphael continent.

Just like that, Ardenis accidentally become the first person to circumnavigate the Saphael continent.

However, the failure of the hunt meant that the authorities refused to recognize Ardenis' achievement.

(You saw one shipwreck on the north shore of the Misty Wetlands. Ardenis' seamanship must have been amazing to avoid those whirlpools. No wonder he became the King of Pirates.)
