all enemy units receive 1450 points of 632% Magic damage, Fire damage +990 points,
and based on the "Electromagnetic Interference" layers on the target, grant yourself the status "Flame Blade 4".
If under the "Flame Energy" status, casting this skill will additionally inflict the target with the status
"Daze 8".

"Flame Blade 4": M-CRIT rate, CRIT DMG +3%, stackable up to 5 layers, status effect lasts for 10 seconds.
"Daze 8": Spell Status. Every 2 seconds, -160 MP, M-ATK and M-DEF -30%, status effect lasts for 10 seconds.

* After casting this skill, the skill "Ultimate - Flame Slash" will be transformed into
"Initiate Ultimate - Inferno Blade Slash".
