enemy units within the area, pulling all hit targets to the caster's side.

If the target is under the "Electromagnetic Interference" status, special effects are
applied based on the stack count:
Electromagnetic Interference 1 stack: Adds Dizziness effect for 3 seconds.
Electromagnetic Interference 2 stacks: Adds Dizziness effect for 4 seconds.
Electromagnetic Interference 3 stacks: Adds Dizziness effect for 5 seconds.
Electromagnetic Interference 5 stacks: Adds Dizziness effect for 6 seconds.

Note! After casting this skill, the core mech will become overheated, preventing attacks
and skill casting for 3 seconds, and immediately canceling the Ultima Overclock state.
