If the target is already affected by "Plague," the skill "Shadow Burst 3" is
triggered, dealing an additional 25% + 1895 DMG in a 6-meter radius
centered on the target, and inflicting the status "Plague Intensified 3"
for 10 seconds.
"Plague Intensified 3": Injured Status. Cannot receive healing skills,
and deals damage equal to 7% of the caster's M-ATK per tick,
stacking up to 5 times.
Healing skills cannot be applied, but this only affects pstacks.
The caster gains the status "Shadow Burst Empowerment" for 10 seconds.
"Shadow Burst Empowerment": The triggered extra skill "Shadow Burst 3"
deals 5% more DMG, stacking up to 10 times.
