triggered, dealing an additional 25% + 1895 DMG in a 6-meter radius
centered on the target, and inflicting the status "Plague Intensified 3" for 10 seconds.
"Plague Intensified 3": Injured Status. Cannot be healed by healing skills,
and deals damage equal to 7% of the caster's M-ATK per tick, stacking up to 5 stacks.
Healing restriction only applies to pstacks.
The caster gains the status "Shadow Burst Empowerment" for 10 seconds.
"Shadow Burst Empowerment": Increases the DMG of the triggered skill
"Shadow Burst 3" by 5%, stacking up to 10 stacks.
