Note: This only applies to green and blue quality Weapons, Armor, cloaks,
and accessories dropped by monsters, orange, yellow, and purple quality
Weapons and Armor crafted by Sprites, yellow quality Weapons, Armor,
cloaks, and accessories.
Quest rewards are not affected.
There is a chance to obtain duplicate prefix abilities.
