Illusion Kilgo grants all friendly units within a 12-meter radius centered on itself the status effects of "Optical Power" and "Hertz Scorch Blade" every 3 seconds.

"Optical Power": Increases all attack damage and Move SPD by 6%, stackable up to 5 layers, lasting 4 seconds.
"Hertz Scorch Blade": Increases M-ATK, DMG, and ACC by 6%, stackable up to 5 layers, lasting 4 seconds.
