Illusion Kilgo grants all friendly units within a 10-meter radius centered on itself "Optical Power" and "Hertz Scorch Blade" every 3 seconds.

"Optical Power": Increases all damage dealt and Move SPD by 6%, stackable up to 5 times, lasting for 4 seconds.
"Hertz Scorch Blade": Increases M-ATK, DMG, and ACC by 6%, stackable up to 5 times, lasting for 4 seconds.

*Guard Kilgo and Illusion Kilgo share the same cooldown.
