"Frost Core 3": Heavy Cannon Physic DMG, Heavy Cannon CRIT DMG +12%, P-PEN +4%, and additionally grants your Status "Frost Energy".
"Frost Energy": Targets beyond 18 meters, Ranged Normal attack and Physic skill DMG +10%, certain skills when activated gain additional effects, status effects last 15 seconds.
