4 Charge points: Duration 12 seconds.
5 Charge points: Duration 15 seconds.

"Frost Core 1": Heavy Cannon P-ATK DMG, Heavy Cannon P-CRIT DMG +6%, P-PEN +2%, and additionally grants your Status "Frost Energy".
"Frost Energy": Targets beyond 18 meters, Ranged normal attack, Physic skill DMG +10%, casting certain skills grants additional effects, status effect lasts 15 seconds.

*Ultima Overclock shares cooldown time, casting skills during the effect period will increase the remaining cooldown time by +0.5 seconds.
