Kuda's Spirit Double

"You can see me? At last," Kuda managed weakly.

"I got separated from Kuma. This ship... there's something so strange about it."

"Have you seen Kuma? We came aboard to investigate the secret of the water monster. But a flood of monsters came at us. I just remember running... and when I came to, my body was like this..."

"I remember walking into a room with paintings on the wall and lots of wine bottles. I blacked out after that."

"I... wait, I remember something. The Black Bone Captain cast a spell that made my body disappear!"

"All of these... crystal balls... flurried around me... and then everything went gray..."

"The crystal balls contain some kind of mysterious energy. If you can figure out its secret, maybe you can get my body back. I don't want to be a disembodied spirit forever! I already miss eating!"

"I still have a matchstick that the Sprite King gave me. It will teleport you to places where my body might be," Kuda explained helplessly.
