When I placed the Slumber Meat on the beach, the giant crocodile lurched ashore, sniffed it, and immediately snapped it up in one bite. It then keeled over, asleep.

I charged into the nearby cave at once and saw my young madam shivering inside. When she saw me, she immediately wrapped her arms around me and burst into tears.

From the looks of it, she had learned her lesson.

"Ard, you're so dense!" she shouted, smacking me hard across the face.

I held my aching cheek as she eyed me, clearly frustrated.
