The ape elite force was comprised of Diddly Kongs. They normally resided in the northern part of the plateau and grew up with Bling Kong's combat training.

Bling Kong ordered the troops to surround the strongholds of the Swift Dragons from five different directions.

The ape forces captured one stronghold after another and littered the fields with the scaly corpses of dragons. It looked like victory was within the apes' grasp.

The apes captured all the Swift Dragons' strongholds; the dragons only maintained Sonora's old dwelling place.

However, this did not appease Bling Kong. He engaged Sonora in a final battle to the death.

Bling Kong and Sonora fought for three days. Weak and tired, on the fourth day, Bling Kong dealt a severe blow to Sonora, cementing victory for the apes.

After Sonora's defeat, he fled to the mountainous region of Belcar Plateau with the surviving dragons.

He vowed that one day, the Swift Dragons would return to exact revenge on the apes.

Swift Dragons affect our the ecological balance, but they also pose a very serious threat to life as we know it. At any time, they could reemerge to wreak havoc.
