each layer grants your Status "Mobility Rage Core".
If in the state of "Thunder Energy", casting this skill will additionally grant your Status
"Mobility Thunderburst".

"Mobility Rage Core": Physical DMG +1.5%, stackable up to 15 layers, status effect lasts 8 seconds.
"Mobility Thunderburst": When casting a skill, there is a 50% chance to deal Lightning Damage
equal to 5% of the caster's Physical DMG to all enemy units within a radius
of 6 meters centered on the caster, status effect lasts 8 seconds.

* "Mobility Thunderburst" has a cooldown of 0.5 seconds.
