of 508% Physical DMG to a single enemy target, teleports next to the target, inflicts "Stunned" status on the target, and based on the target's "Electromagnetic Interference" stacks, grants self "Impatient Chip" status per stack.
If under "Thunder Energy" status, using this skill will additionally grant self "Thunder Field" and "Blade of Thunderous Roar" statuses.
If under "Darkness Energy" status, using this skill will additionally grant self "Dark Star Power Field" and "Twilight Darkness" statuses.

"Stunned": EVA reduced to 0, enters Stunned status, lasts for 2 seconds.
"Impatient Chip": +6% CRIT rate, +16% CRIT DMG, stackable up to 5 layers, lasts for 10 seconds.
"Thunder Field": +20% P-ATK, +4% CRIT DMG for dual-wield, stackable up to 5 layers, lasts for 6 seconds.
"Blade of Thunderous Roar": 30% chance to deal 50% of P-ATK as Physical and Lightning DMG to the target when attacking, lasts for 6 seconds.
"Dark Star Power Field": -16% DMG taken from all attacks, +10% P-ATK, all RES, stackable up to 5 layers, lasts for 6 seconds.
"Twilight Darkness": 20% chance when using a skill to grant self "Dark Thunder Shield," and restore HP equal to 10% of the user's P-ATK, lasts for 6 seconds.
