"Mobility Rage Core": Physical DMG +0.5%, stackable up to 15 layers, status effect lasts 8 seconds.
"Mobility Thunderburst": When casting a skill, 50% chance to deal Lightning Damage equal to 5% of the caster's P-ATK to all enemy units within a 6-meter radius centered on the caster, status effect lasts 8 seconds.
