Mix tentacles of Red Heart Jellyfish with Ice Heart Jellyfish, and flour. Knead the dough till all of the tentacles dissolve, then add a little sourdough.

Use a rolling pin to completely mix sourdough into the dough.

Then use arm strength to stretch the dough back and forth until it becomes long and thin noodles.

Savory Noodles are ready!

The noodles that contain tentacles of jellyfish are quite al dente.

Additionally, the jellyfish has a tender, chewy texture. This is one of the reasons why Savory Noodles are an obsession among the gourmands.
