First method:

One player tanks the boss in the center while the others DPS using the robotic transformation from the robot on the right side of the entrance.
After that, just spam the skill.

Second method:

Through raw damage. With a Chronomancer or a character with enough DPS, it’s possible to bypass the floor’s damage reduction effect.
