inflicts the target with the "Immobilized" status for 1.5 seconds.
This skill will transform into "Evacuate the Bomb" for the next seconds.

Solo Mastery: After reaching Lv. 66, the character can learn from a mentor and advance to
unlock new Enhancement Stones and additional effects for "Black Flash Strike."
