"These suspicious Bugs are definitely up to no good... I guarantee it!"

"As Division Head Klaus said, those Bugs enter and leave the Jale ruins at regular intervals. In just about every three days they deliver supplies inside. If those supplies include Energy Minerals then they must be using a ton of them."

"What are they doing with such a large amount of minerals? This must be investigated." Jace starts thinking deeply.

You are recommended to go into the Jale ruins to see what's happening in there.

"I don't think that's a good idea because we don't have any information about inside the ruins. It's too dangerous." Jace shakes his head.

"In order to deal with this, I have applied to the division for a special Mecha Soldier, the M5566, which is used for inspections. I think it can complete the inspection of the Jale ruins."

"But M5566 needs to use some parts and I accidentally dropped them nearby. My guess is some monsters made off with them. Please go and retrieve these parts for me. I am going to prepare the repair work for M5566."

"Honestly, how could I lose those parts? Did I drink the saliva of a Confusing Bug?"

"Great. With these backup parts, M5566 can be activated again."

"Now let's see it show off its talents!"

(It takes a little while for Jace to activate the M5566 and for it to enter the ruins.)

"%n%, I feel like something is not right." Jace says solemnly.

"The searching work is pretty much done, but when I try to command M5566 to come back, it doesn't respond."

"The last signal I received came from here." Jace points to the small map on the controller screen. "I'm guessing it ran out of power, so it entered sleep mode."

"The search will be a waste if we don't get the Mecha Soldier back, but it's too dangerous to go into the ruins to try and recharge it..."

You say you are willing to take the risk. Regardless of what Jace says, you take the Mech Energy Orb from his hands and enter the Jale ruins.

"This investigation is very important to us."

"No one knows exactly what has become of the city or what happened to the people who weren't able to escape in time." Where were they taken in the end?"

"Before, a mercenary group formed an elite team to investigate, but they never came out. Since then the Jale ruins have become a forbidden land."

"%n%, thank you for taking the risk to retrieve the M5566's Chip." Jace carefully holds the Chip.

"I'm sure this contains some very important information. I can't wait to find out what it is."

Jace uses an specialized instrument to show the images from the Chip.

The recorded footage reveals a large cave. Based on the shadows surrounding it, this cave must have been the original research center in Jale. However, it is suspected that the whole thing was moved elsewhere.

Then the scene changes. The giant yellow crystal that was in the center of the city has disappeared. The final part of the footage is a giant Bug attacking the lens.

"Hurry, take this footage back to the division." Jace quickly copies the chip: "I will stay behind and conduct further analysis. We need to notify Klaus, the Division head right away about what's happening in the city!"

"I have sent Mecha Soldiers to investigate the depth of the Jale Ruin many times but they failed because they were attacked by Mecha Bugs..."

"The materials of Mecha Soldiers are very tight. We must do something to solve the problem."

"Could you help me kill Armored Rotten Worms and Armored Killer Bugs so I can send Mecha Soldiers in to efficiently investigate?"

"Have you eliminated them?"

"I think Mecha Soldiers could investigate there now. Hope we won't need to repair broken Mecha Soldiers. Thank you."
