L15. Audience with the Queen

Npc : "Queen of Nice" Serphelia

Suddenly, you notice a graceful lady in the Square whose every movement exudes elegance. She looks a little helpless.
When you approach, she finally speaks to you in a gentle tone to ask for your help.
"Kind soul, do you know where I can buy a Postcard? If possible, please help me send it to Angoyan."
She then gives you an accessory that looks luxurious and clearly costly. As this is but a small favor, you decline the return gift and decide to help her with this matter.

There are now several children around Serphilia, and she is holding some toys they have given her.
When she sees you return, she hands the toys back to the children, soothes them with a few words, and gives them some candy before sending them off.
She is clearly very adept at handling such situations.
"May I ask how it went, dear Sprite Messenger?"
It seems she has heard of your deeds from the children. She then hands you several invitations and a bag.
"I trust you have already taken care of it for me." She smiles, clearly placing great trust in you.

After you accept the invitations and the bag and put them away, she finally speaks slowly.
"This really is a peaceful Town. If you don’t mind, you are welcome to visit my little island, Angoyan. Right now is exactly when our carnival is taking place."
