"Do you have time to collect a few specimens for me?"

"I've been studying these odd creatures, but I can't figure out if they are minerals or plants."

"They appear to be rocks, but grass grows from them," Old Geng mused.

"Please gather their leaves for me. They'll prove useful for my hobby-I mean, my research."

"So is it a rock or a plant? How perplexing!"

"This leaf is such a beautiful color." Old Geng laughed quietly as he turned the leaf over in his hand.
