Cause of Gaia's Disease

Based on my research, I believe the disease came about because of humans. I'm still looking into the origins of this dreadful illness.

I also suspect that the Dark Corrosion Worms and Dark Worms are symptoms of the disease, not causes.

Killing these worms can prevent the situation from worsening, but it's not a permanent solution. Something else hidden inside Gaia must be causing this disease, and we cannot cure the tree until we find it.

We may need to perform a surgical procedure to get to the bottom of this.
