A towering fire broke out in the northwest of the Misty Wetlands. Berd awoke to the ruins of his peaceful village, now covered in thick smoke and razed by Irontooth Warriors. Luckily, he was unscathed by the attacks.

He searched through the rubble frantically, tears cascading down his face as he tried to locate his beloved wife.

Finally, he found her lifeless body. He held her tight, his sobs echoing throughout the village.

Fate had played a cruel trick on the immortal Berd.
