Third Story of the Templar

After Safes became famous, he engaged in a battle with the Doomsday Emissary.

The Templar first met the Doomsday Emissary in a curved valley called the Beastslayer Road. It is northwest of the Winterstrait Island in the Oblivion Border.

The Doomsday Emissary appeared in front of him, flanked by an army of spirits and ghosts.

Fearlessly, Safes drew his sword and fought the Doomsday Emissary and the unyielding wave of dead spirits.

No one knows how long the battle lasted. Safes finally managed to critically wound the Doomsday Emissary; he was forced to return to the netherworld to recover.

The Doomsday Emissary never again appeared in the Beastslayer Road.

That Doomsday Emissary, Blair, avoided direct confrontation with Safes but enjoyed ambushing him. Luckily, he was still sealed by Safes.

We can only speculate that there was such a battle in the Beastslayer Road based on their conversation during the battle.
