Re-select the random abilities attached to red quality equipment below Lv.95.
The number of random abilities obtained will always be maintained or exceed
the current number of abilities on the equipment, but the original abilities of the
equipment will remain unchanged.

Note: This only applies to red quality Weapons, Armor, and the 10th Anniversary
series equipment made by Sprites.
It does not apply to quest rewards.
When random abilities attached to red quality equipment are on the same character,
higher values will overwrite lower ones and cannot be stacked.
There is a chance to obtain duplicate prefix abilities.

Re-select the random abilities attached to red quality equipment below Lv.95.
