Re-select the random abilities attached to red quality equipment below level 90.
The number of random abilities obtained will always be maintained or exceed
the current number of abilities on the equipment, but the original abilities of the
equipment will remain unchanged.

Note: This only applies to red quality Weapons, Armor made by Sprite, and the
10th Anniversary series equipment.
It is not valid for quest rewards.
When the random abilities attached to red quality equipment are on the same
character, the higher value will override the lower one, and they cannot stack.
There is a chance to obtain duplicate prefix abilities.
