You are left noticeably shocked by his methods. Sensing this, Burr continually avoids your gaze.

"We should send someone into the tunnels to assess the structural damage."

"Go speak with Scholar Jessie. She may be a bit odd, but she's still nothing short of a genius."

"Now, what shall I invent?"

"Perhaps a giant turbine to drill through the mountain? Or even one that also detects hot springs?"

"Surely the ground is too hard for something like that..." Jessie trails off.
