Blast Runestone Stones & Gems When attacking, there is a 10% chance to activate the Rune Stone ability on oneself. This effect has a cooldown time of 5 seconds. Ability: Increase strength by 200 points and improve attack speed by 50%, lasting for 10 seconds. Necessary level 0 "Even at first sight you can tell the stone possesses an overpowering magic." Can only be inlaid into purple-quality weaponry. To inlay an item, right-click it, then select a slotted purple weapon. For runestones of the same name, special effects in green font cannot stack on the same character. After enchantment, special higher-value effects that appear in blue font will overwrite lower-value effects. These effects cannot stack on the same character.
