If the target within 5 meters of oneself is in a Paralysis state, force the target to retreat 10 meters backwards.

"Stunned": EVA reduced to zero, enter Dazzle state, effect lasts for 2 seconds.
"Holy Mark 3": HP decreases by 2500 per second, Hit reduced by 20, unable to be healed by recovery skills, effect lasts for 5 seconds.
