"Sand Dust": After accumulating 4 stacks, the target will be inflicted with the "Silence" and "Paralysis" status effects for 2 seconds.
"Silence": Spell Status. Unable to cast magic skills, status effect lasts 2 seconds.
"Paralysis": Injured Status. All weapon Basic-Attack Speed -40%, Movement Speed -50%, status effect lasts 2 seconds.
