Npc : Beer Belly Ambassador Ryley

"Welcome to Oktoberfest, organized by the Beer Belly Board! My name is Ryley, and it's a pleasure to meet you." Ryley flashes you a practiced, toothy smile.

"There are events organized in Kaslow, Ilya and Jale. We hope you'll enjoy all the events!"

"The first one begins here in Kaslow! Please go find Cynthia (249, 278) and sign up for a dance show!" Ryley bows, one hand across his abdomen, the nestled against his lower back.

"Welcome... to... Oktoberfest," the girl in front of you barely manages to say. "Nice to meet youaaah," she yawns.

"The rules are simply. You've gotta dance. If you perform well, you might get fireworks from me.

"Then go to the right place to shoot the fireworks. Safety first. Don't forget to return the Firework Residue to me."

"And never, ever shoot fireworks at people, including yourself." Cynthia stares you down while mouthing the words 'never, ever'.

Npc : Festival Host Cynthia

You hand over the Firework Residue to Cynthia.

"Congratulations! You've completed the event. Yaaaaay." Cynthia would have to try hard to sound more insincere. "This is the proof that you've participated in the event. Cool! Great! Whatever."

"Ugh, this job blows. It pays so little and I'm always exhausted." Cynthia groans loudly, her eyes basically rolling into the back of her head.
