"I have some ideas about how to interpret the mysteries, but I am only a thought entity, and am unable to take action."

You tell the thought entity about the contradiction.

"I think going to the mountain bandits is a good call. Perhaps you can find the answer there," it says quietly.

With Edward's approval, you begin making plans to find the dangerous mountain bandits.
