L77. Battlefield Disaster 3

"A great evil invaded the Ancient Polar Ruinss. Evil Magic Mentor Ero signed a pact with the legendary Drifting Horror, Vani."

"Vani led his Claws and Fangs to take over the Ancient Palace."

"His minions killed the Polar Palace nobles and tainted their souls. Their evil spirits now wander the Polar Royal Palace spreading fear."

"Horn Snails and Corpse-Eating Snails linger along the Mountain Road between far shore and Polar Palace. Their presence nurtures Vani's power. You must kill them."

"These snails came from Hell, just like Vani. The more they kill, the more power and hatred Vani absorbs."

"To send Vani back to the Netherworld, you must start by weakening his power. And, coincidentally, I have a taste for escargot tonight."

"You have done well, adventurer. And these are well done. Get it?" He smacked his lips as he dropped the cooked snails, each covered in a thick layer of buttery garlic sauce, into his maw.

"The hatred has diminished greatly along the Mountain Road. Begin the next step immediately." He chewed the escargot for a full minute before swallowing. "Rubbery little buggers."
