"I brought a secret letter for Colonel Clark in Belcar, but my captors confiscated it."

"I believe the Ursuva Minuteman have the letter. Please retrieve it and give it to Colonel Clark."

"Also, I know rebels want to obtain the power of Ancient City of Vine. That's why they built this fortress. The colonel must know."
