Based on their star levels, Runestones will have increasing levels
of extra abilities.
1-3 stars will be added randomly after enchantment.

Note: enchantment might fail! Star level and extra
abilities will be cleared if enchantment fails.
Even if enchantment fails, the Runestone will not disappear.
