Requires charge point to cast. Upon casting, it targets the ground within a radius
of 10 meters, dealing normal attack effects plus 200 points of P-DMG
and 1250 points of Dark Damage to all enemy units in the area. All hit targets
are pulled toward the caster.

If the target is affected by "Electromagnetic Interference," special effects are
applied based on the stack count:
Electromagnetic Interference 1 stack: Adds Dizziness effect for 3 seconds.
Electromagnetic Interference 2 stacks: Adds Dizziness effect for 4 seconds.
Electromagnetic Interference 3 stacks: Adds Dizziness effect for 5 seconds.
Electromagnetic Interference 5 stacks: Adds Dizziness effect for 6 seconds.

Note! After casting this skill, the core mech will become overheated, preventing
attacks and skill usage for 3 seconds. The Ultima Overclock state will also be
immediately canceled.
