Electromagnetic Interference 2 stacks: All ATK-10%, effect lasts for 3 seconds.
Electromagnetic Interference 3 stacks: All ATK-15%, effect lasts for 3 seconds.
Electromagnetic Interference 5 stacks: All ATK-20%, effect lasts for 3 seconds.
