After casting, the skill will switch to "Oathbreaker Strike 2". During this period, each target
killed will grant the state "Forbidden Mark" to yourself.

"Forbidden Mark": Melee SPD +1%, stackable up to 30 stacks.
"Oathbreaker Strike 2": Removes the state "" and the Dizziness Immunity effect,
sacrifices blocking ability in exchange for stronger attack power,
with strength and duration depending on the number of "Forbidden Mark" stacks.
