Knight Trainee Gates

"Well, I'm beat," Gates gasped, wiping a sheen of sweat from his forehead.

"Since the war started, all of the regional bases have required supplies from the Royal Army. I was tasked with transporting food."

"There are just too many places for me to go each day. I can't be everywhere at once!" he whined.

"If I wasn't so tired, I'd never let anyone else transport the Royal supplies for me. It's not exactly good policy to delegate my secret duties to some messenger I met on the street."

"Why are you still here? Did you ship all of the food already?" asked Gates expectantly.

"Thank you so much. Your assistance means everyone can eat their fill and, newly fortified, continue fighting the Beastmen army."

"If you have the chance, come help me again. Serving the Royal House is so rewarding, especially when you get someone else to do the dirty work. I mean, um, thanks!"
