"Ruthless Hook": Reduces Weapons' Normal ATK SPD by 15%, up to a maximum of 3 stacks.
The status effect lasts for 10 seconds. When the "Ruthless Hook" reaches 3 stacks,
the "Aftereffects of a Hook Lock" status is obtained.

"Aftereffects of a Hook Lock": Unable to ATK or use P-Skills, reduces base EVA by 100%.
The status effect lasts for 5 seconds. When this status ends, the "Ruthless Hook" status is removed.

When performing a normal attack, it deals an additional 50% true damage of the DMG.
When receiving ATK, there is a 40% chance to grant "Protection" to
Your Status; grant the target the "No entry" status and pull the target towards you.

"Protection": During this period, when receiving DMG, it can offset 100% of the DMG,
up to 30 times, and the status effect lasts for 10 seconds. When the number of blocks
reaches zero, the shield will be destroyed. If the shield is destroyed and the enemy target
within a 10-meter radius of yourself has HP < 40%, then the target will die directly.

"No entry": Unable to move, the status effect lasts for 3 seconds.
