Target's "Healing" effects are temporarily ineffective
and starts losing 500 HP per second. Lasts 30 seconds.
When the target recovers over 15000 HP or the effect is over, the
healing effect will return to <Greedy Claws of Hell> Ukrin.

Deals tremendous Ice damage to enemies within 30 yards
and freezes enemies struck, rendering them unable to move.
Lasts 5 seconds.
