"Also, buildings are subject to durability points, which decrease with time. Buildings will become damaged without maintenance and can even give off a bilious, thick black smoke."

"In this case, you may use a 'Repair Mallet.' Click on a damaged building to restore a random amount of durability."

"You can obtain Repair Mallets from mysterious light spots or collect them from me each day."
