Negotiating with pirates or bribing them will help a three-star sailor meet his or her goal. Use the fur of the Golden Sabretoothed Cat to curry a pirate's favor; they can be found north of Boneblade Sea Fortress.

Conditions for Promotion

You must complete a total of 100 transactions to prove your abilities. I suggest using the Golden Sabretoothed Cat Fur to bribe the pirates; the only thing they love more are gold doubloons.
