"As a magic user, having a weapon that gives a good Enhancement to magic is of utmost importance! After all, you're not gonna cane a giant bear to death, are you? If you end up getting some attack fortification scrolls, craftsmen in the cities will help you use them to strengthen your weapon."

"The higher your staff's M-ATK power is, the stronger your spells will be, but you have to keep in mind your MP, for if you run out of MP, you're pretty much up a creek."

"If you collect enough Cenozoic Stones, you can buy a formula from a craftsman to make Resonance Stones. If you attach these stones to your weapons, you'll enable additional effects, so using them is to your advantage."

"The path to becoming a mage is lined with giant explosions and heaps of collateral damage, but I know that surely won't dissuade you! Reach level 15, then come back to pay me a visit."

"Remember, when you reach level 15, you won't be able to garner any further experience, so you'll have to come back and meet with me." Edward says.

"When your magic training finds you bursting with awesomeness, I shall award unto you the certificate commemorating your class change to Mage." Edward smiles at you. "I know you'll do a WAND-erful job, oh-hohoho!"
