Level One Bright Desert Soul Stone

Soul Stones with the same name cannot stack green special effects on the same character.
Soul Stones of different ranks will only retain the highest rank's green special effects.
When blue special effects obtained after refining are on the same character,
the higher value will overwrite the lower one and cannot stack.
