Only "purple quality Weapons" can be socketed. When socketing, right-click, then select a purple Weapon with a slot. Rune Stones with the same name: green text special effects cannot stack on the same character. Blue text special effects obtained after refining: when on the same character, the higher value will override the lower and cannot stack.
