After using, within a radius of 8 meters centered on the enemy target, inflict Physical DMG +365 on all enemy units, become the target's top priority for aggro, and grant the target the "Electromagnetic Interference" status. If the target already has the "Electromagnetic Interference" status, the following special effects will be applied based on the number of stacks of the status, lasting for 3 seconds.

Electromagnetic Interference 1 stack: All ATK values -5%
Electromagnetic Interference 2 stacks: All ATK values -10%
Electromagnetic Interference 3 stacks: All ATK values -15%
Electromagnetic Interference 5 stacks: All ATK values -20%

"Electromagnetic Interference": Interference energy generated after being hit by core energy ATK. When the Machinist skill hits a target with this status, additional special effects will be applied based on the number of stacks. This status can stack up to 5 times and lasts for 20 seconds.
