After casting, you will gain "Intimidating Fantasy".
When attacking enemies, you recover 1% Max HP and inflict
the status "Fantasy Mark". When the status "Fantasy Mark"
stacks 5 times, it is removed and players within 20 meters will receive +10000
DMG.

Targets within 15 meters take tremendous Magic DMG and gain
the status "Wake Up and Denounce". They are unable to take any action and receive
DMG +8 for 5 seconds.
